London Towne Property Owners’ Association is divided into five Sections, often referred to as Beaches. Each Section is responsible for management and improvement of their designated community docks within a geographic area. Each Section elects its’ own officers, Board of Director members and committee representatives.
Section Operations Information

KAYAK RACKS: Sections are responsible for managing and setting/collecting the fees (space fee plus the LTPOA assessment fee ($5)) for Kayak and Canoe Racks. All kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc. must be removed from the racks from November 30 to March 1. For space information, contact Section’s One, Three, Four and Five dock masters. For space information for Section Two contact Kim Miller at kmundorff@gmail.com.

LTPOA Stickers are REQUIRED for all vessels KAYAK/CANOE SPACE RENTAL FORM.

Property owners may participate in any Section’s activities. They are not limited to the Section in which their property lies.

All Section meetings are held at the Clubhouse unless otherwise noted.

• Section One meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
