Definitions:

• Property Owner – a member of the Association as defined by the LTPOA By-laws;
• Bona fide Tenant – any party that has entered into a contractual agreement with a property owner for the exclusive use of residential property located in London Towne by means of a fully executed lease.

Proof of Identification: Proper proof of identification is required before sticker identification is issued. Property owners must present a current tax assessment bill, or deed of property, or fully executed settlement papers. Bona fide tenants must present a current lease agreement fully executed with the names of all parties, property address, and the expiration date, and a current valid registration with a London Towne address.

Proof of Ownership of Vehicle, Boat, Trailer: All applicants must provide current vehicle, boat and/or trailer registrations. The paperwork must be registered to your London Towne address.

Schedule for Distributing Stickers: The Ramps and Credentials Committee has the responsibility of procuring and distributing personal identifiers and LTPOA stickers according to the schedule posted on Section-provided signboards and published on the LTPOA Website. Identifiers and stickers will expire, and need to be renewed, based on a timetable set by the LTPOA Board of Directors.

Current Stickers Required: Current LTPOA stickers must be displayed on all vehicles, boats, and trailers. Stickers will only be issued to property owners and bona fide tenants upon the presentation of proper identification and valid registrations (must have the property owner’s or tenant’s name on the registration.). Property Owner decals are valid for three calendar years and Renter/Dependent decals are valid for one calendar year. The “year” is the small number below the “ID” number.

Proper Display and Use of Stickers: All stickers must be visible and permanently affixed as issued to the designated vehicle, boat, and trailer as follows: Vehicles – left rear bumper or left side of rear window; Boat – three (3) inches behind boat numbers on the left side of the vessel; Trailer – upper left-hand side of trailer winch stanchion.
HOW TO AFFIX THE STICKER .

Any sticker found not affixed as noted above, or affixed incorrectly according to LTPOA records of issuance, will be confiscated. A citation will be issued to the owner noting the reason/violation and any additional instructions.

Unauthorized use of LTPOA property is a violation of the LTPOA By-laws. In addition, violators are subject to towing of vehicles and trailers (with or without boats) at the owner’s expense; and, they could be charged with trespassing. Habitual offenders may be denied the privilege of using LTPOA property.

Fees: The LTPOA Board of Directors shall establish a fee for LTPOA stickers or other identifiers.Current fees are listed on the LTPOA Ramps and Credentials Committee Site.
