Beach Regulations

Our swimming beaches are community property maintained for the enjoyment of the community members. Swimming beaches are open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. There are no lifeguards present. To ensure everyone’s enjoyment, we have set up these regulations:

• All swimming beach users must be able to show ID verifying eligible community membership (property owner, tenant, renter, lessee) or be an accompanied guest of a community member.

• All vehicles parked at designated swimming beach parking areas must display a current LTPOA sticker.

• Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the swimming beaches without prior verifiable approval granted by the LTPOA Board of Directors.

• No commercial use of the piers, beaches or parks, is allowed.

• No drugs.

• Picnicking is allowed only in designated areas.

• For safety, no glass containers are allowed at the swimming beaches.

• No disrobing or changing of clothes.

• No abusive behavior will be tolerated.

• No off-road vehicles are allowed at the swimming beaches.

• No pets are allowed at the swimming beaches – except as allowed by law.

• Boats, kayaks, canoes, jet skis and other vessels are prohibited in designated swim areas.

• There is no trailer parking at any of the swimming beaches.Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
