PARK REGULATIONS

Our parks are community
property maintained for the enjoyment of the community members. Community property is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we have set up
these regulations:
- All park
users must be able to show ID verifying eligible community membership
(property owner, tenant, renter, dependent, lessee) or be an accompanied guest of a
community member.
- Alcoholic
beverages are NOT allowed in the parks without prior verifiable approval
granted by the LTPOA Board of Directors.
- Picnicking
is allowed only in designated areas.
- No commercial use of the piers, beaches or parks, is allowed.
- For
safety, no glass containers are allowed on the beaches.
- Open fires of any sort are prohibited on or within 50 feet of any sandy beach area, dock or pier. Fires on other association property must be approved by the LTPOA Board of Directors.
- No abusive
behavior will be tolerated.
- No
off-road vehicles are allowed in the parks.
- All
vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas and must display a
current LTPOA sticker. Overnight parking is restricted.
- Trailer
parking is allowed only in designated areas trailer parking areas;
trailers must display current LTPOA sticker.
- Unauthorized
vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
To avoid ticketing or towing, please observe park/parking hours and obey No Parking signs.
