The LTPOA Board of Directors meet at least six times a year at such time and place as the President shall determine.

The meetings are generally held in the Clubhouse and the dates are posted on the website calendar.

All LTPOA members are invited, and certainly encouraged, to attend meetings.

The Board follows "Roberts Rules of Order, Newly Revised" in conducting its meetings.
